BC Sports Iowa has acquired 7 acres in Atkins, Iowa and we are excited to share with the public some very rough draft concepts for the 7 acres. This land is located right next to City Hall and across from Atkins Elementary.
In the first phase of construction we plan to build multiple 4-unit Townhouses. In the second phase there will be a first floor consisting of a gym, commercial units, and heated parking. The 2nd and 3rd floors will consist of apartments.
Development for Phase One is expected to begin in 2022. While development of Phase Two is not expected until 2023.
